We are not a covered entity and we won't pretend otherwise. Audio is deleted within 60 seconds — we never store recordings. Transcripts are held in memory only. Visit summaries and calendar events are stored encrypted on our database so they sync across your phone and laptop; you can export everything as JSON or wipe it in one tap from /app/account.
