Curacy provides an informational summary tool for personal use. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a clinician. By using Curacy you agree to these terms.

License & purchases

A Curacy license grants one (1) user access to generate visit summaries according to the tier you purchase: Starter ($10 once, 15 credits), Refill ($5 once, +10 credits stacked onto an existing license), Annual ($49/year subscription, 12 summaries per month), or Family Pack ($25 once, 3 separate licenses with 30 credits each). One-time purchases never auto-renew. Annual subscriptions are billed via Lemon Squeezy and may be cancelled anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period and your visit history remains accessible after cancellation.

Acceptable use

You agree to obtain consent before recording any conversation, in accordance with your local laws. Curacy is not liable for unlawful recording. Sharing your account with others, scraping, or automated abuse may result in suspension.

No medical advice

Curacy does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always verify medication and clinical details with the clinician.

Liability

Curacy is provided "as is" with no warranty. Maximum liability is limited to the most recent amount you paid us.
