Export your data
Downloads a JSON file with every visit summary and every calendar event. Save it somewhere you control (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox) so you have a backup off our servers. The same file can be re-imported into Curacy later.
Import a backup
Pick a previously-exported Curacy JSON file. Records you already have are skipped — re-importing the same file is safe.
What we store, plainly
- • Your visit summaries and calendar events — yes, on our DB (Neon, US, encrypted at rest, TLS in transit).
- • Audio recordings — never. Deleted within 60 seconds of transcription.
- • Transcripts — never written to disk; held in memory only for the seconds it takes to summarize.
- • Your data is never sold. We have no ad partners. Our business model is the $10 you paid us.

Delete all my data
Wipes every visit summary and every calendar event from our database. Your account, email, and remaining plan credits stay. This cannot be undone — but if you exported first you can re-import.
Delete my entire account
Removes your account, license, and every record we hold. We'd like to hear why first — even one sentence helps us improve. Send us a note and we'll process it within 48 hours.
