Refund policy

Plain English. No fine print to trip on. We'd rather refund you than argue with you.

The short version

  • 30 days, no questions asked — full refund on any first purchase.
  • • A real human reads every reply. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.
  • • After 30 days, Annual is non-refundable until your next renewal — the same way every monthly/annual SaaS works.
  • You won't be charged twice for the same usage. If you've already burned through your credits, we'll explain why a partial refund is the fair option, and we'll still help.

By plan

Starter ($10 once · 15 summaries)

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of how many summaries you've used. After 30 days the credits stay yours indefinitely — no expiry — but the purchase is non-refundable.

Refill ($5 · +10 summaries)

Full refund within 30 days, IF the credits are unused. If you've used any of the refill credits, we'll refund the unused portion at the per-credit rate ($0.50 each). This protects everyone from the 'use 10, refund 5' pattern.

Annual ($49/year · 12 summaries / month, 144/year)

First 30 days:full refund, no questions asked. The Annual plan is metered at 12 summaries per billing month (resets each month, 144/year total) — this is part of the plan's fair-use design and means a refund in the first 30 days reflects at most one month's allowance, not the full year up front.

After 30 days: non-refundable until your next annual renewal. You can cancel anytime to stop the next charge — your existing 12-summaries-per-month allowance keeps working through the end of the paid year. This is industry-standard for annual subscriptions and lets us price Annual aggressively at $49 (4 months free vs. refilling all year).

Family Pack ($25 once · 3 sign-ins, 30 summaries each)

Full refund within 30 days, regardless of how many of the three sign-ins have been activated. After 30 days, non-refundable; the credits stay valid indefinitely.

Custom plans (B2B / GCM / agencies)

Refund terms are negotiated individually and stated in your service agreement. Default: pro-rated refund within 30 days, non-refundable thereafter, with a 30-day notice period to cancel renewal. Talk to us →

Cancel vs. refund

These are two different things and we don't want them to feel like a trick:

Your data

A refund does not delete your visit history — that stays available as long as you have an account. If you want everything erased, delete your account from the app or ask us; we'll process within 48 hours.

How to request a refund

The fastest path: /contact (topic: Support) with your purchase email and order number (we email it to you on the day of purchase). A real human replies within 24 hours; refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) and typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
